Account and data requests
Email support to request access, correction or deletion of your data. You can also initiate account deletion directly in Profile in the app. See the account deletion page for details and an email request link.
Advertising preferences
If an advertising privacy option is shown in the app, use it to change the available consent choices. Availability depends on your region, consent status and app version. Non-personalized ads may still involve processing for ad delivery and security.
You can also use your device’s privacy or advertising settings to manage available advertising identifier and tracking options. System settings vary by device and operating system version.
Notifications
Turn off local reminders in the app’s preferences. You can also change notification permission in your device settings for EraPop.
Local network
You can change Local Network permission for nearby room discovery and room sharing in your device settings. When permission is disabled, you can still join by entering a room code manually; online play still requires internet access.
Language and recovery codes
Change your language in Profile. Recovery codes are single-use; do not share them with other people or in support messages. Using a recovery code revokes earlier sessions.
These web pages
These support pages contain no ads, analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Language switching uses links to separate pages and does not require cookies. The web host may generate technical access logs when serving the pages. Email buttons open your own email app; you must send the message to submit a request.
