Include your device model, iOS or Android version, EraPop version and a short description of the issue. You may attach a screenshot. Never send your recovery code or session credentials.
How do I play?
Choose a category, look at the photo and answer the question. Photo games have 10 rounds, with 20 seconds per question. Faster correct answers earn more points.
Play solo to improve your personal best, practice against a bot or challenge another player in an online duel.
How do I play with a friend?
Create a friendly room and share its room code. Your friend can enter the code to join. On the same Wi-Fi network, you can also share a visible room or search for nearby rooms. Internet access is still required to join and play an online duel.
Why can’t I find a nearby room?
Check that both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network, room sharing is enabled and Local Network permission has been granted if requested. Guest networks or device isolation can block discovery. You can still enter the room code manually.
How do Pop Charts points work?
Ranked duels affect your world and category rankings. Wins add Chart Points; losses can reduce them. Solo play and bot practice do not change your Pop Charts ranking.
Can I play offline?
Offline solo play and bot practice are available. Online opponents, friendly rooms and up-to-date rankings require an internet connection.
How do I change the language?
In Profile, choose English, Turkish or System Default in the language setting.
How do I keep my account when changing phones?
Create a recovery code in your profile on your old device and keep it safe. Use it on the new device to restore your online profile on the same game server. Codes are single-use; create a new code after restoring your account.
Recovery does not transfer offline game records or device preferences. Create your code before uninstalling the app or changing devices. Do not share it with anyone.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile → Your account & data → DELETE ACCOUNT & PROGRESS, then confirm. An internet connection is required.
This removes your server account, sessions, friend links, your own match history and recovery records, and resets progress on that device. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete the server account.
If you cannot access the app, email app@pugliastudio.com with the subject “EraPop account deletion request”. Do not send your recovery code. See the account deletion page for retained-data details.
Ads and privacy
In versions that show ads, advertising privacy choices are offered where required for your region and configuration. Use the advertising privacy option shown in the app to manage your preferences. See Privacy choices for more information.
Where are photo credits?
Photo sources, creators and licences are listed in the in-game image credits. If you have a concern about an image, contact support with the relevant question or source details.
