EraPop is provided by Puglia Studio. Use either method below to request deletion of your account and related game data.
Delete in the app
- Open EraPop and go to Profile.
- In “Your account & data”, select “DELETE ACCOUNT & PROGRESS”.
- Confirm permanent deletion. Keep your internet connection available during the process.
If you cannot access the app
Start an account deletion request by email.
If your email app does not open, write to app@pugliastudio.com with the subject “EraPop account deletion request”. Include your player code, if available, and display name.
We may request additional information to verify ownership before deletion. A display name alone is not proof of ownership. Do not send recovery codes, device passwords or session credentials. Requests are assessed after verification within applicable legal time limits; we will contact you by email if further steps are needed.
What is deleted?
- Your server account and sessions.
- Friend connections.
- Your own match history and game statistics.
- Account recovery records.
- Game progress on the device where you use in-app deletion.
A web request does not remotely clear local data on other devices. Remove the app data on those devices separately.
What may remain, and for how long?
After your active account is deleted, earlier database backups age out through the normal cycle in approximately 7–9 days. Contact support to have your request reapplied if a backup is restored.
Earlier opponents’ own match records may retain your former display name as an opponent label for as long as those players’ match histories are retained. You can ask for removal of this label in your request.
Support correspondence may be retained for as long as needed to follow up on the request, address related disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Advertising and technical service providers’ records follow their own retention conditions. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Before you delete
Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your server account. Account deletion is permanent; a recovery code cannot restore a deleted account.
